Practice times: starts Monday, November 25
Thanksgiving Week (1st week)
Wed & Fri 9-11 am
Mon & Tues 3-5 pm
Rest of season until taper.
M-F 3-5:00 pm
M-F 6-7:15 am Optional (no am practice day after swim meet)
Sat 9-11 am
(We might change this to accommodate strength training and have more options for training such as morning practice. The team is discussing this as an option.)
Winter break schedule
Mon, Thurs & Fri 9-11 am & 3-5 pm
(Xmas eve, Xmas, New Year Eve and New Year days off)
(All practices are required. To be excused from practice the coach may grant exemption if notified ahead of time. )
